COSTS AND SHIPPING TIMES

In Italy, shipping is free.

For Europe and non-European countries, shipping is free for minimum orders of € 500.

For international orders the shipping cost is visible in the shopping cart pages and during the checkout process. The delivery time is expected in 4/5 working days.

Italy: DHL DOMESTIC EXPRESS 24/48 working hours
Europe and non-European countries: UPS Worldwide

In the case of orders associated with promotions with discount coupons / vouchers, the order processing times may be increased up to 4 extra working days.

Customs charges

The payment of customs duties is the responsibility of the customer and their amount is calculated by the law in force in the country of destination of the shipment.

We are not aware of the amount of customs duties, which will instead be communicated to you by the courier once the shipment has reached its destination.

In the event that the charges were not paid and, for this reason, the shipment was refused or abandoned, the shipping costs and customs duties themselves will be deducted from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be refunded.

 

RETURNS

Right of withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the shipment (the days will begin to be calculated on the basis of proof of delivery). 

All items for sale on the WWW.LIBONATIJEWELS.COM website are delivered to the customer with an authenticity tag attached to the jewel by a disposable security seal. The jewel must be tried on without tampering with the guarantee seal. The return will be accepted only with the security seal perfectly intact.

The return shipping costs are charged to the customer, as well as the choice of the carrier.

The responsibility for the delivery of the shipment lies with the customer.

Return receipt and management

Each activity will be notified to you by email and you can follow it at the same time by accessing your private area.

We remind you that IDEM LAB does not allow changes of goods but reimburses the cost of the returned items.

In case of defective or damaged items, send an email with a photo attached to the item.

The refund will be made on the basis of the payment method used by you to complete the purchase no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the return.
